1. Service description

GachaDex is a gacha game tracking tool that helps users manage their collections, track pull history, and monitor spending across multiple gacha games. GachaDex is not affiliated with any game publisher.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. One account per person.

3. Free and premium tiers

GachaDex offers a free tier with limited features and a premium tier with full access. Founding member lifetime access is available for a one-time payment during Early Access. Premium subscriptions can be cancelled at any time — see the refund and cancellation policy for how refunds work.

4. User content

You retain ownership of all data you input (collection entries, pull records, spending data). We do not claim any rights to your personal tracking data.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use automated tools to scrape or abuse the service
• Do not attempt to access other users' data
• Do not use the service for any illegal purpose
• Do not create multiple accounts to circumvent free tier limits

6. Game data

Character names, images, and game data belong to their respective publishers (NEOWIZ, HoYoverse, Shift Up, and others). GachaDex uses this data under fair use for tracking purposes. We are not endorsed by or affiliated with any game publisher.

7. Limitation of liability

GachaDex is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about service availability or data accuracy. We are not responsible for any financial decisions made based on spending data tracked in the app.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes are announced through the What's New notice in the app.
