Common questions about GachaDex
Is my data safe?
During Early Access, all data is stored locally in your browser. Nothing leaves your device. When accounts launch, your data will be encrypted and stored on secure managed databases. You can export all your data as JSON at any time.
What gacha games do you support?
Currently: Brown Dust 2, Honkai: Star Rail, Zenless Zone Zero, and NIKKE: Goddess of Victory. More games are planned based on community requests.
Does GachaDex track real money spending?
Yes — this is our key differentiator. Every other tracker shows pulls in premium currency. GachaDex converts to real dollars so you can see exactly what your gacha hobby costs. No other tool does this.
Can I import my data from Paimon.moe or StarRailStation?
We support SRGF (Star Rail), UIGF v4 (Star Rail + ZZZ records), Star Rail Station CSV, and GachaDex JSON backups. Imports are merged, so re-importing a file never duplicates pulls. Genshin history is not imported — GachaDex does not track Genshin.
What is a "Founding Member"?
Founding Members get lifetime premium access for a one-time $49.99 payment. Limited to 500 spots. This deal will never be re-opened after it sells out. Founding Members get a permanent profile badge.
What does the free tier include?
Free: 1 game, 30-day spending history, basic collection tracking, pull/pity tracking. Premium adds: unlimited games, full history, charts, export, per-character cost attribution, and budget alerts.
Do I need an account?
During Early Access everything works without an account using browser localStorage. Once accounts launch, signing in (passwordless magic link) is required to use the tracker — it keeps your data synced, backed up, and available on every device.
Is GachaDex affiliated with any game publisher?
No. GachaDex is an independent tool built by a gacha gamer, for gacha gamers. We are not endorsed by or affiliated with NEOWIZ, HoYoverse, Shift Up, or any other publisher.
How do pity counters work?
Each game has different pity systems. GachaDex tracks your pulls per banner and shows circular progress rings with soft pity (increased rates) and hard pity (guaranteed) markers. The counters reset when you get a high-rarity character.
